The F.I.S.H is found exactly at the HQ.
You must be an Agent to Go to The HQ.
Now if you are an agent, Go to the HQ And look at the Bottom right hand corner…
There will be a Book that says The F.I.S.H
Click on it.
It should look like this
Now go to the page where theres A (Red) Penguin with the Agent items on.
Click on the Agent Glasses and you should get the Night Vision Goggles
